What do you need to prepare a quote?
Share the game genre and platforms, source and target languages, the services you need, content volume, and your release window. A representative sample and any existing terminology or style guide help define the scope.
How do we handle confidential material?
Contact [email protected] first to agree on an NDA and the method for sharing materials before sending confidential content. This website has no file-upload facility.
Which file formats can I send?
Share your export format and a non-confidential sample. Before work begins, we’ll confirm that we can handle the format, preserve tags and variables, and deliver files compatible with your tools.
How are quality checks and delivery agreed?
The brief defines references, terminology, review criteria, output formats, and the handoff method. For LQA, it also defines the build, issue reporting, and retesting. For voice-over, include accent, audio specifications, and naming requirements.
What support and corrections do you provide?
We offer 24/7 support and fix quality issues caused by our work with no time limit. New or changed source content, additional work, and regression testing are quoted separately.
How do I send my inquiry?
Complete the verification, then select “Send inquiry.” Wait for the confirmation message. If we can’t confirm delivery, try again or email your brief to [email protected].
